Buying a property in Kusadasi

Once the buyer wants to purchase the property ,you are advised to ask for a copy of the TAPU (Title deed ) to double check whether :

1- The Tapu really belongs to the property you are interested in .

2- The property really belongs to the person who interdused himself to you as the owner .

3- The agent you are using should be registered to the (KUTO)

4- If you are using a real estate agent and/or solicitor please ensure the contract refers to him/her and she/he also sign the contract.

5- By signing the sales contract double check the payment terms

6- By buying a off plan property dont pay all the payment before finishing

7- If possible buy a new property which is all the buildings after 2000 is checked and guarranteed against the Earthquake from gouverment

8- Get a full information about the property you are buying ; like taxes , maintenence , Sitting permission , water and Electricity connection and let check it to your lawyer or local estate agent the title deed if any hypthotec on it.

9- Get a full of information about the area where you are buying a property and be sure that this is the ideal property for you.
