   Appointments to see the property are given every Saturday and Sunday. Estimates are given
within 48 hours from appointment.

5. Who chooses the materials to be used ?
   You decide on the materials to be used. Brochures with prices as well as our suggestions will be given.

6. How is pricing ?
Estimates are priced accordingly Cost of Materials ýncluding VAT: Craftsmanship : 20 % - 100 % of Materials including VAT differing according to job done

7. What kind of work can we do ?
   Almost all sort of work. Do not hessitate to contact us. You will be surprised by what we can handle.

8. How are payments ?
   Cost of materials including VAT can be payed by credit card at the time of purchase. 50 % of  craftsmanship must be payed by cash at advance. Rest of craftsmanship to be payed at the end of work.
